Payments and Delivery

We accept Credit Card, Debit Card payments via WORLD PAY.

Cards we accept, (MasterCard / Visa / Visa Delta / Visa Electron / JCB / Solo / Switch).

The goods will not be delivered until the customer's funds that have been paid to Trade Stairparts have cleared in full.

Standard carriage rates are to UK Mainland addresses only. Off shore addresses will be subject to a surcharge.

Order Notes / Delivery

Your order will be despatched within 5 working days. Where our next-day stair parts delivery service is available, it applies to 'standard' products that are ordered Monday – Thursday before 10am.

For orders placed on a Friday before 10am, we will try to deliver 'standard' products the following Monday.

A suitable delivery date will be arranged and confirmed with you at the time you place your order.

All delivery dates are estimated. Tradestairparts Ltd will try its very best to meet the estimated delivery date given but shall not be responsible for the failure to deliver ordered products on the stated delivery date. Tradestairparts Ltd will confirm with you by phone or e-mail if your products cannot be delivered within 30 days of receiving payment from you.You will have the opportunity to either wait for the products or cancel your order. If you choose to cancel your order you will be given a full refund.

Tradestairparts Ltd recommends that you do not book fitters or tradesmen until your goods have arrived and have been checked by you. Tradestairparts Ltd cannot be held responsible for any third-party charges incurred due to non-delivery of any goods, or goods that have not been checked and signed by you on delivery.

All orders will be delivered to a single address. When ordering using a credit or debit card for the first time, online or by phone your order will need to be delivered to the cardholder's address. Subsequent orders can be made to an alternative address by arrangement.

Orders may only be placed by persons aged 18 or over. Tradestairparts Ltd reserves the right to refuse to process an order without explanation.

When ordering from Tradestairparts Ltd the company will endeavour to make one single delivery to your address to minimise any inconvenience. When your order contains a mix of products with different delivery lead times, the longest lead time will apply to the whole order.

Tradestairparts Ltd reserves the right to change or update any website content, prices or products at any time without prior notice.
